3. How can I book a service?

Each service can be booked by clicking on the service button, selecting the service of your choice, selecting the centre of your choice and making payment thereafter.
Service can also be bought from the gold button placed in bottom right hand side.
Booking journey of each service is similar and few of them are shown below with respective screenshots.

4. Validity of platform?

1 year from time of registration

5. Can I use the services for my family member?
-
Yes. Members included are spouse, kids & parents.

6. TAT for booking any service?
-
24 hours prior the preferred appointment time.
This is the window a user has to book an appointment.

7. Confirmation TAT?
-
2 hours from time of booking, between 8am to 5pm on Monday to Saturday.
This is the time taken by HealthAssure to confirm the booking request.
